Classification of clones from their clonal expansion is based on the frequency intervals of a clonotype in a repertoire: Rare (0-1e-5), Small (1e-5-1e-4), Medium (1e-4-0.001), Large (0.001–0.01), Hyperexpanded (0.01-1). For comparisons of more than two groups, one-way Krsukal-Wallis test with Dunn’s test as posteriori test. For multiple post-hoc comparisons the p-value was corrected with the Bonferroni-Holm method.
